Founded in 2011, the Chestermere Chamber of Commerce provides an avenue for businesses in the community to create a positive business environment and essentially exists to make the community a better place in which to live. The Chamber works closely with its municipal government and speaks for the business community at public hearings, the media and behind closed doors.
Zane moved to Chestermere in 2002 for a job at a local Hot Rod shop. He purchased the acreage it was located on in 2008. In spring of 2009, he started Zeebs Performance Inc. which provides vehicle restoration services.
A caring and patient professional, Michelle is client focused. First licensed in 1988, she spent time away from real estate raising her family. She enjoys working with all types of people and sharing her experience with them. She is the proud owner of the new RE/MAX Key in Chestermere.
Laurie has lived in Chestermere since 1999 and is actively involved in the community. She manages the Yacht Club, is President of the local Food Bank and donates time to Gifts of Kindness and Feed The Homeless.
Lesley is the owner of several Sylvan Learning Centres. She opened her fourth location in Chestermere in 2016. Her team of 80 employees are actively engaged in community partnerships and fundraising activities.
Shannon has lived in Chestermere since 2015. He was a teacher and Vice Principal for 13 years before accepting the opportunity to be the Executive Director at Camp Chestermere.
Graydon is a local entrepreneur with a heart for small business and the City of Chestermere. He lives here with his wife and daughter as well as 2 fur babies. He brings a wealth of insight and enthusiasm to the role and is excited to put his mark on the business of the Chamber as well as local businesses as a whole.
